? HR
? Closely work with FS Site HR to ensure local HR & Admin management meet Valeo standard ,FS policy, local laws.
? Assess DL HD demands with related functions to meet business plan , finish searching and hiring qualified new employees on time.
? Manage on board process and exit process .
? Yantai employees’ profile update and documentation management.
? Operators’ labor contract management.
? Provide HR analysis and advice on personnel actions, such as internal transfer, promotion, salary changes, etc. and organize the process.
? V5000 IP management.
? Assist Foshan HR in training for Yantai employees and closely follow up to ensure employees finish mandatory training and e-learning, improve competence.
? Attendance management.
? Assist Foshan HR in payroll documents (bonus, paid vocation, etc.) collection.
? Compile various HR reports to FS on time.
? Conduct employee mid-year / annual performance review and make action plan if needed.
? Responsible for improvement proposals launching and implemented.
? Draft local HR and admin policies according to the law.
? Responsible for 5S management except shopfloor.
? Pilot for Valeo safety & ergonomics tools launching(safety QRQC, risk hunting, safety PDCA, Ergonomics evaluation and workshop, HSE relative jobs.
? Prepare the TS /QSB/ISO/OHSAS etc. audit in HR domain.
? Responsible to organization all kinds of internal communication jobs.
? Manage all the ER cases.
? To understand the local market same industrial good practices, could generate ideas and proposals to improve the whole APU people management.
? Admin
? Office supply, daily consumables management , ensure overheads in charge under budget.
? PPE management (uniform, safety shoes, etc).
? Manage employees’ benefit issues (holiday / birthday /wedding gifts/best IP award ,etc).
? Manage employees’ name card/badge card/table plate, etc.
? Employees’ canteen issues to coordinate (quality ,safety and service.)
? Employees’ shuttle bus issues to coordinate (Optimize shuttle bus route and timing to meet production plan. Ensure shuttle bus in good status, driver capability, respect transportation regulations on the way).
? Responsible for Site cleaning.
? Responsible for Site security.
? Employees’ physical examination & occupational disease examination to organize.
? Organize annual party, annual outgoing, sports and other activities.
? Organize monthly communication meeting.
? Organize local systematical communication and provide proper advises / solutions accordingly to continuously improve employee stability.
? Manage 5S deployment in YT APU, push all functions keep good 5S condition.
? Internet & phone fee payment.
? Hotel & transportation arrangement for employees &visitors.
? Maintain public relationship with government departments and other units.
? EHS
? According to Valeo EHS system requirements, be responsible for EHS management, supervision and implementation.

? To finish the other missions assigned by Foshan HR manager or Yantai APU manager
? Obey HSSE rules and regulations, pay attention to safety and any accident or incident related to HSSE found, report immediately to N+1
