Job Responsibilities：

1.  Providing high-quality English courses and academic services for students from 3-12 years old

2.  Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies

3.  Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students

4.  Be responsible for the results of students learning, to solve the difficulties in learning English, and provide professional consulting and study suggest

5.  Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings

6.  Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students

7.  Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs

 

Requirements

1、 Bachelor Degree, plus a National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/CELTA certificate

2、 Major in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or relevant area

3、 Understand the difference between Chinese and western teaching system and teaching methods

4、 Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education and culture industry

5、 Relevant English teaching experience is preferred

  

职位职责：

1．严格执行教学培训部工作计划和工作方案，根据学员要求积极开展教学指导，跟进客户学习进度和要求，做好教学服务工作； 2．积极配合教学部下达的各项教学和活动任务，同时积极配合外教做好教学工作；

3．根据部门工作安排，参与培训教材的编写和市场宣传材料的编写工作

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，英语师范或相关专业，有留学背景者优先考虑；

2.具有较强的听说读写能力，口语流利；

3.喜爱孩子，性格活泼开朗；

4.工作认真负责，有较强的团队精神；

5.有少儿英语教学经验者优先。
