任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，建筑水电、安装等相关专业；
2.四年及以上房地产建筑行业现场施工经验；
3.能熟练应用CAD、进度计划软件、一般办公软件；
4.熟悉水电工程施工及验收全过程，工作认真负责；
5.熟悉水、电材料及设备的性能、安装方法及使用条件等；
岗位职责：
1.参与编制本部门组织架构和人员配备计划及部门各种制度管理流程；
2.参与编制部门内部水电工程计划、报告和总结；
3.认真熟悉水电工程施工图及各种设计资料，搞好图纸会审及技术交底工作，把好技术关；
4.对水电材料的选用严格把关，核对所用材料是否符合图纸及规范要求；
5.审核水电施工方案，严格要求施工队按图纸及规范要求施工，并及时处理现场技术问题；
6.监督施工人员做好水电工程各项测试工作及隐蔽工程验收等，并协助做好有关竣工资料；
7.负责对专业工程已完工程进度报表、请款报告审查及原始凭证签署；
8.组织日常、每周现场的各种水电工程验收和检查工作，把握现场动态，及时提出改进和整改意见。
