1. To establish, maintain and monitor a supplier quality control system in qualification, continuous improvement and quality performance rating to ensure incoming quality control.
2. To provide internal technical support to material department, business unit and customer of mechanical parts.
3. To assure that all the procedures and guide line are being followed and executed in proper manner to ensure total quality control.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Co-ordinate and monitor supplier performance rating and drive for supplier continuous quality improvement.
2. Conduct supplier survey, plant audit and supplier qualification.
3. Drive and co-ordinate quality issue related to supplier problem within purchasing, IQC engineering and supplier.
4. Formulate and prepare departments report pertaining supplier quality performance.
5. Drive quality awareness to all personnel in department. Provide support and assistant in quality related issue and problem solving.
6. Assist IQC in receiving inspection activities and provide technical support for quality related issues.
7. According to product process flow, design, prepare and evaluate the supplier tooling and fixture that should be used in line.
8. Provide immediate line support, which will involve aggressive problem solving efforts to achieve high levels of continuous improvement.
