职位描述：
Pre-Dev/RFI/RFQ Phases (for its assigned portfolio):
-Be present at customer to reinforce technical intimacy and credibility
-Understand customer technical needs (norms, specifications...) and deployment within Valeo organisation
-Prepare technical solution agreed with Development Center/TPL
-Responsible to provide all necessary data to perform CAAV to FO PM, Development Center and Launch sites
-Ensure with Development Center/TPL the robust design in line with the economic targets
-Ensure that all necessary design reviews are performed with DC and Launch Sites (Design Review prior to CAAV)
-Apply Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on specific needs
-Ensure proper transfer to Development Center in order to close RFQ Phase (PRKF)
-Valeo commitments must be validated by Development Center/RO TPL Leader prior customer communication (CSCM...)

Project/Program Development Phase (after nomination)
-Support P1/P0 activities as customer interface for its assigned portfolio

Generic
-Apply the Clean Project Management (CPM)
-Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not
-Report and escalate to her/his project manager or R&D manager as needed
-Establish/follow-up detailed breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones (R&D Level 2 planning)
-Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
-Represent the R&D function at the customer
-Ensure application of common standard in all sites for Program
-Ensure application of common standard for her/his customer related projects 举报 分享
