Requirements:

1. +5 years project management experience on agile development model and leading a team with +20 members for live system maintenance and new project development. Strong at managing projects using quantitative measurements. Experience on handling SLA is a plus.

2. Good oral and written English communication skills.

3. Having strong technical background on the following areas: web application development, J2EE, JSP, Structs, Spring, Hibernate, Websphere, IBM MQ,

4. Having good business requirement understanding capability. It would be a plus if the candidate has experience on business analysis

5. Proven track record in strong client communication and management, process improvement and people management. Experience on handling western clients would be a plus.

6. Pro-active, dedicated, problem-solving oriented

7. Having related project management certificate is a plus



Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team with +20 team members coving the whole project life cycle and the daily rountine activities

2. Defining project plan, prioritizing development tasks and monitoring project status. Preparing project status report and organizing scrum daily meeting and weekly review meeting. Being the escalation point for all team members to solve any project problems.

3. Being the contact person with the client to communicate all project management related work.

4. Being one of the members of the steering committee to report the status to related stakeholders.

5. Leading the team to do process improvement and optimization to enhance the quality of project deliverables.

6. Being responsible for maintaining a good customer satisfaction rate.
