职位描述:
1. Build corporate clients portfolio by working with the team to develop and sell unique and relevant products.
2. Build provider and broker network to realize direct billing arrangement for Company.
3. Develop business referral channels within affiliated network.
4. Identify and manage opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in traffic to be Company information centers.
5. Create, negotiate and close commercial agreement
6. Cooperate with marketing to synergize marketing and sales activities and use marketing activities to generate sales leads and monitor marketing activities’ effectiveness
7. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
8. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators for cooperate and insurance customers.
9. Coordinate and administer the business development function including the targeting, prospecting, forecasting, tracking and strategic response to support the closure of business and sustained customer satisfaction
10. General account management and support of ongoing product development programs including, client liaison and communication, strategic consultation, timeline management, identification and timely response to all program scope changes, risk management assessment, and the quality of the deliverable and the effective delivery and presentation of the work.
11. Serve as a liaison with the design, engineering and manufacturing entities of the firm to help identify and address any problem areas, provide direction and offer any assistance that may be required to accomplish the mission for the completion of the projects.
12.Maintain an aggressive approach to the generation of high level BD leads and business opportunities.
13. Promote design, engineering and manufacturing excellence to secure meaningful business opportunities for competitive advantages for the company and its client
Role requirements
1. At least Bachelor’s degree, no major restriction
2. At Least 8 years of business development or sales experience (candidate with less experience will be considered as Asst. BD Manager)
3. Be able to drive a systematic approach in strategic sales funneling model with measurements to keep track, report and optimize the approach along various business development stages
4. Driven, Rest-less, Self-starter, Entrepreneurial
5. Global-minded with excellent presentation and language skills
6. Advanced consultative selling skills and experience in selling integrated solutions and services
7. Extensive knowledge of the product development, strategic business development and management
8. Ability to recognize, make contact, and develop strategic relationships with the key decision making management personnel as relates to outsourcing healthcare solution
9. Strategic provision of client needs and company services to the client by building a long-term, open, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship
