销售和供应链支持专员

工作介绍 作为销售和供应链支持专员，您需要配合经理，保证宜家商场的供应流程与传播、销售流程完全契合。您担负的职责充满挑战，需要通过平衡产品和空间、预测和订购，做好产品供应工作 ，以尽可能低的成本达成约定的服务水平。

工作内容 工作内容包括：
-关注订购参数、产品订购和供应情况检查，指导其他员工，确保适当运用订购程序，以便有充足的存货可以满足顾客需要。
-保证和维持产品供应，和商业团队的同事一起采取行动，尽可能减轻供应问题对顾客的影响。
-支持商场商业团队的行动，确保产品顺利售完、新品及时上架销售、促销等销售计划得到执行，增加营业额。
-和经理一起解决销售部门的任何调整需要
-确保商场运营预测与订购参数和可用销售空间相符，最大限度地提升物流效率。

职位要求 您应当具备的知识、技能和经验包括：
-具备零售空间管理的专业知识。
-能够培训、指导别人。
-能够头脑清楚地对可用信息加以分析，并运用常识做出客观决策。
-拥有具体战术和执行层面的工作能力，执行能力强。
-能够与人建立、维持互信关系。

SSS Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB As the sales & supply support Specialist you are responsible for the challenging task of ensuring that the supplying process in your IKEA store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes. You do this by working closely together with colleagues in the commercial team to make sure everyone focuses on the same commercial priorities. You also use your supply process expertise to secure that your team creates excellence in the area of availability by balancing range and space, and forecasting and ordering to achieve agreed service levels at the lowest possible cost.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
-Ensure the continued availability of goods and taking actions together with your commercial team colleagues to minimise the impact of availability issues on our customers.
-Secure a smooth selling-off of products, a timely start to the sales of new produts and the implementation of sales plans, such as promotions, to increase turnover, by initiating actions with your commercial team partners.
-Coach other managers and co-workers to secure the correct use of ordering procedures and focusing on order parameters, product ordering and availability checks so that sufficient stock is available to meet customer needs.
-Actively participating in the creation of the store business plan, converting strategic directions and business plan goals into clear logistics actions and executing those actions within this plan.
-Identify potential savings and initiating actions to improve stock and product structure to minimise the logistics costs of the store.

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
-Significant leadership experience gained within retailing or supply chain management.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to use common sense to make objective decisions based on a sound analysis of the information available.
-Ability to work on tactical and operational levels and supported by a proven record of getting things done.
-Ability to work through others effectively, set priorities, delegate responsibility and give open and honest feedback.
-The necessary interpersonal skills to explain goals and their purpose clearly to others. 举报 分享
