职位描述：
1.在KRP与HOD的指导下，协助采购申报、合同流程跟进、经济测算、模型搭建、汇报撰写、项目文件整理归档等相关工作;
2. 配合部门工作需求，制定年度、半年度、季度、月度采购计划。按计划提交采购申请，执行采购工作。根据工作的需求，调整采购计划;
3. 配合部门工作需求，制定年度预算, 按计划提交预算执行情况与差异分析报告, 根据工作的需求，调整部门预算, 部门NC系统操作人员;
4. 根据要求从各KRP处收集MMR内容，整理后报部门HOD审阅;
5. 根据项目的需求，收集并分析项目相关法律条文与政策信息，并将相关信息汇总备查, 跟踪法律条文与政策信息的变更，随时更新;
6. 部门HOD交代的其他工作;

任职要求：

1. Well-recognized degree in Finance / Investment Management/asset Management/Real Estate/ Economic/Accounting or related subjects.
  知名大学财务、投资管理、资产管理相关专业学士学位
2. Excellent Spoken and written Chinese & English
   出色的中英文能力
3. About 1-3 years of experiences in financial management or real estate investment related in multi-national companies
    约1-3年金融、会计、房地产投资及相关领域工作经验，至少1年中国类似岗位的经验；
4. Resourceful，adaptable and meticulous.
    资源丰富，机智，灵活性强
5. Open, self-motivated and self-started, integrity, honesty, hardworking, good personality
    自觉工作，正直、诚实、勤奋、良好的个性

理想要求：
6. Experienced in real estate investment portfolio & practices, especially in Guangdong/China,
    房地产投资组合相关领域实践工作经验，特别是广东/中国的项目经验；
7. Able to construct financial modeling & analysis using Excel, able to use PowerPoint for presentation
    可以使用Excel独立搭建财务模型并使用PowerPoint进行演示
