We are a foreign company based in Guangzhou, working in the field of the shop window display furniture.

We are looking for a commercial assistant resident in Guangzhou.

Position:
Commercial assistant

Job description:
- Look for and find out commercial contacts using Internet and the social media (Facebook, Instagram);
- send emails to the contact people with company demo in attachment;
- on the phone call the contact people and arrange commercial meetings with them;
- accompany the Commercial Director to the meeting with the potential clients;
- take care of the follow up after the meeting with the clients;
- interface between the clients and the Technical Office;

Requirements:
- Good experience to use Internet, the search engines and the social media (Facebook, Instagram);
- Natural ability to speak and communicate on the phone;
- Ability to manage the Commercial Director meeting schedule;
- Previous good experience in furniture;
- Resident in Guangzhou;
- Availability for some business trips around China;
- Good English, both spoken and written;
- Nationality: whatever, but with very good Chinese language.
