岗位职责：
· Packaging Engineer provides technical expertise to Quality Department
Associates to solve packaging related quality issues.
· Provide imaginative and practicable solutions to a wide range of packaging issues.
· Issue ECN for Engineering change to the factory
· Plan continuous improvement activities related to packaging.
· Whenever possible and when cost justified, automate packaging.
· Engineer and develop packaging specifications for new products.
· Improve packaging for existing products. Improvements can be made in protection, cost, amount loaded in/on trucks, etc.
· Loading contents
· Verify the PI form the factory
· Assist manager to draft the SOP
· Job assignment by the manager
任职要求：
· 3 years of experience designing packaging for large consumer products, packaged in boxes, returnable racks/crates & pallets, shrink-wrapped,
· stretch-wrapped, etc. Examples of large consumer products might be grills, televisions, furniture, doors, windows, or other large skid-packaged
items.
· Significant experience in testing the integrity of various packaging options.
· Experience in troubleshooting packaging failures and implementing solutions.
· Experience creating packaging specifications.
· English: CET-4 or equivalent at least 举报 分享
