职位描述：
职责：
1. 提供笔译及口译服务，作为首席财务官和各部门以及客户之间的主要沟通渠道；
2. 向首席财务官提供行政支持，以保证其有效地完成其工作；
3. 安排首席财务官出差事宜，包括机票、食宿及车辆，协调首席财务官对内对外的约会安排；
4. 组织协调安排财务部内部会议，包括前期PPT准备、场地确认、参会人员时间协调等；
5. 组织安排财务部团队建设活动；
6. 由首席财务官指派的临时事宜。
工作目标：向首席财务官提供必要的支持与协助。负责协调首席财务官在财务部门的日常工作，以使其有效地完成其工作。
能力需求：
? 精通Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)办公软件
? 双语（英语和汉语）
? 3年以上助理相关工作经验
? 大学统招本科或以上学历，主修财务相关专业优先 举报 分享
