Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide all-round HR support including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, talent management, HR administration and implementation of any Corporate HR initiatives;
2. Develop, review, update HR& Admin Policies and Procedures actively and seek feedback from business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement;
3. Monitor headcount budget and responsible for annual budget forecasting and communication;
4. Assist Corporate HR to set up HRIS in the plant and conduct regular info. Maintenances;
5. Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programs;
6. Monitor and implement performance management related activities;
7. Talent management by supporting management in proactively assessing, identifying, acquiring ,and developing the human capital required to execute business strategy
8. Organize staff relations activities and handle staff issues if any;
9. Prepare HR related reports, statistics and analysis;
10. Maintain employee records in personal file and in HR system are up-to-date;
11. Be responsible for HR special project ;

Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource or related;
2. Minimum 5 years HR work experience, MNC HR Experience is preferred;
3. In-depth HR knowledge across functions, Training and Development experience is preferred;
4. Good Command of English
5. Solid Team player;
6. Good communications skills, problem solving skills.
7. Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven.
