We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Senior Software Engineer,Development.

Introduction:
HSDC is the HSBC Technology Center in GuangZhou and Xi’An supports the HSBC systems, services technology support. CMB (Commercial Banking) is one of Business Unit in the HSDC, supporting the HSBC CMB business globally. Client Management is one of Service Line under CMB and supporting the client and customer related solutions, includes customer onboarding and work flow solutions and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions.

In 2017, CMB initiated one strategy CRM program which included significant investment over next 5 years. The program goal is to implement the new generation of CRM solution to HSBC globally with best customer experience, enable HSBC RM / Sale, and uplift the revenue to next level. The new CRM platform will be built by latest technologies, included public cloud, internal cloud, ESB, APIs and it will cover all the digital channels such as mobile, tablet, and Web.

The CRM team in HSDC will take the strategy position in the program, we’re responsible for the technical implementation for the new CRM solution, and leading the work streams of the program. In future, we’re target to leading the solution implementation in HSBC. And we’re very exciting team which already advance in the DevOps and Agile journey, all our projects have adopted Agile with direct engagement with global business. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery have already built and implemented in 2016.

Job Duties:
? Execute feasibility study and provide proposal on clear choice and solution design;
? Execute impact analysis and provide solution and related estimation;
? Provisioning project environments and infrastructure;
? Execute project specific development with best in class quality;
? Technical leadership and drive best practices in DevOps and Agile;
? Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls;
? Communicate with the relevant stakeholders globally for project delivery;
? Work as cross-functional /work streams lead and liaise with other SMEs and Architects;
? Provide coach and guidance to others as required.

Qualifications:
? A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with major or minor in computer science or related field;
? 5 to 10 years progressive experience in building and designing application systems;
? Fluent in English communication;
? Strong in leadership and influence skills;
? Excellent technical skills with broad enterprise background across multiple systems;
? Proven experience of end to end system and application design and a clear capability to understand and act upon business requirements, concerns and constraints.
? Strong technical skills with impact analysis, problem investigation and resolution;
? Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain, experienced in Microsoft Dynamics development;
? Be experienced in Azure cloud platform;
? Be experienced in Agile project development and DevOps;
? Be experienced in Java or .Net project development;
? Be experienced in Mulesoft project development is a plus;
? Be familiar with Linux, experienced in WebSphere / MQ including application usage (APIs) and environment knowledge, and Oracle Database (PL/SQL and Performance Tuning) or SQL server;
? Ability to work independently and think out of the box.
