Job description:
1. Monitor the empty release & regulate the storage & long staying of empty
2. Implement the repositioning plan for empties within Guangzhou ports
3. Ensure the M&R vendors’ processes & performance
4. Request and monitor the free pool usage
5. Handle 3rd party claim recovery and procedures for damaged containers.
6. Handle claim process with related vendors, verify MnR invoice/vendor debit note and monitor payment time.
7. Handle container damage for survey / re-working / trans-loading.
8. Arrange New van/lease-in /off-hire empty with data input
9. Maintain ECS data transmission and data accuracy within Guangzhou terminals feeders & depots

Job requirements:
1. College graduate or above, major in Logistics, International Shipping is preferred.
2. 1 year related working experience in shipping industry preferable.
3. CET-4, good command of both oral and written English.
4. Proficient in computer skills e.g. Window XP/ MS Office, Outlook etc. and ability to learn internal programs.
5. Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
