职位描述：
Essential/Specific Duties and Tasks:

1. Place POs to the factories in China and confirm ship dates.
2. Communicate delivery status of shipments especially where the potential for material shortages/customer service issues exist.
3. Work with vendors, freight forwarders, and Head Office Import Planner.
4. Resolve inventory inaccuracies and communicate shortages
5. With Logistics Specialist, evaluate bookings with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies
6. Recommend improvements where appropriate especially involving cost savings.
7. Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
8. Communicate production/order schedules to support Quality/Compliance/Logistics functional areas. .
9. Manage day to day relationship with Uniek’s suppliers for order management

Key Performance Indicators:

1. On time delivery working with UA team: Ensure products arrive at Waunekee within the required time frame
3. Communication: Keep all parties informed of any changes on orders
4. Reduce costs: Look for opportunities to reduce/save costs
5. Syteline: Make accurate and timely entries/adjustments within Syteline

Qualifications

1. Must have 1-2 years planning/purchasing experience.
2. Must have excellent written and oral English skills
3. Must be highly organized, self paced with attention to detail, and have exceptional follow-up skills.
4. Must have strong Microsoft Office and MRP/purchasing system experience. 举报 分享
