PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor the local property market, conduct forecasting exercises and support a range of internal and external clients
- Contribute to the Firm's research publications, and carry out original research on topical property market matters
- Provide research supports in accordance to the agreed framework in order to help business growth
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stationing in Guangzhou, to work with the Head of Research (Guangzhou & Shenzhen ) to execute research plan
- Develop the office, residential and retail research platform for research quality enhancement
- Implement research plans in southern China to grow our Pearl River Delta research coverage
- Participate in Asia Pacific Regional and Global research initiatives and contribute as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduate in real estate,economics,finance or other related disciplines.Master degree is preferred.
- First bachelor degree from key universities (211 Project Key Universities accredited by Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China or accredited overseas universities with satisfactory GPA)
- At least one year real estate/town planning industry experiences in the area of research or consulting
- Academic training in real estate, town planning, economics or finance preferred
- Well versed in the market development trend, administrative, economic and infrastructure policy issues in China and particularly Guangdong province
- Strong English and Chinese report writing, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated solid property research/consulting experiences
- Training in real estate, town planning, economics or finance
- Strong report writing skill, presentation skill
- Conversant in both written & oral English
- Strong planning and project management skill
- Strong knowledge of PC applications such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hands-on with statistical soft wares preferred
- Team player and able to effectively with internal and external functions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- International exposure
- Conversant in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua)
- Relevant experience in real estate is preferred but not compulsory. Overseas working experience is preferred
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities, attention in details and strong sense of responsibility required
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to deadlines
- Quick learner
