职位描述：
1. Laboratory testing:
？ Proficiency SATRA laboratory testing method and testing standard knowledge.
？ Enough capacity operates centrifuge testing, flexing test, and non-wicking test in OutDry China laboratory.

2. Input development and production digital pattern:
？ Professional experience to operate CAD software, Photoshop software, digitizer.
？ Input development / production pattern accurately.
？ Skilful modifying digital drawing profile till to perfectly.

3. Manufacture marker:
？ Skilful utilizing Richpeace CAD system automatic mould or manual mould to arrange appropriate pattern marker.

4. Decide best usage amount:
？ Enough experience to decide development / production pattern marker achieve optimized usage amount.

5. Calculate consumption data:
？ Skilful utilizing optimized pattern marker to calculate consumption data.

6. Manufacture die cut and welded tooling pattern:
？ Skilful operate cutting machine to export perfect development / production paper pattern for further manufacture welded mould and die cut mould.


7. Daily and monthly quality report:
？ Utilizing office software Excel, Word, PPT & E-mail to finish laboratory daily testing report and send to every Columbia cooperation factory.
？ Collect all laboratory testing data and picture to finish monthly quality tooling report to Columbia. 举报 分享
