职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
？ Daily logistics order processing and operation coordination
？ Daily orders consolidation execution and truck loading planning
？ Execution of trucker route allocation and share
？ Daily Coordinate with local factories to ensure on-time pickup
？ Daily monitor and ensure on-time delivery from factories to DCs
？ To report all “out of ordinary” issues immediately to Leader to ensure contingencies are in place
？ Booking confirmation checking & DCs orders confirmation
？ Shipping Schedule update to DCs every week
？ TMS system application and training new user
？ Order process 100% accurancy and on time
？ Build and maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
？ Handle a part of reporting issue, such as order amemdment, addtional cost verification
？ Optimization for high efficienty ,cost saving/avoidance, and procedure re-engineering for operation excellence
？ Evaluate subcontractors monthly performance and track their action plan for continous improvement
？ Secure daily operation in high quality service to meet McD KPI on quality
？ Provide training for new employee
？ Lead and well manage people in team and work for operation excellence
