职位描述：
1、参与建立、规范集团管理体系和管理制度，为重大决策提供专家性意见
2、协助总裁制定企业发展战略计划，年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；
3、贯彻总裁管理思想，建立、完善各项规章制度和各项管理工作流程，负责相关工作的监督、执行与追踪；
4、参与拟定集团发展战略，制定集团中长期发展规划，评估其执行效果，审核业务单位发展战略及发展规划；
5、参与公司经营管理与决策,参与制定公司年度经营计划、预算方案;
6、负责人事、行政、审计法务等各部门战略规划的制定,并监督实施和改进,提高工作效率和成本控制;
7、负责企业文化建设工作，建立畅通内部沟通渠道，及时向总裁反映出现的问题，并提出建设性意见；
8、负责组织公司员工的考核，建立有效的激励机制, 充分发挥员工的积极性和创造性;
9、根据公司内外因素，编制年度薪资调整方案，审核公司员工每月的薪酬；
10、策划或协助公司领导参加的社交活动，参与公司重要的对外接待工作，与相关部门保持良好关系；
11、撰写公司总裁会议、专题研讨会等会议纪要，跟进落实会议内容，及时调整执行偏差，协助各部门解决落实过程中的困难
12、完成总裁临时交办的其他任务

任职资格：
1、知名大学本科以上学历，企业管理、工商管理、人力资源管理、行政管理、经济学等相关专业；EMBA优先考虑；
2、国内外知名企业高管工作经验，至少精通人力、运营、法务等模块其中的一块；
3、通晓企业管理，了解国家宏观经济政策、竞争对手经济情况，具备公司战略管理、资本运营、人事行政管理、法律事务等知识
3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力，以及敏锐的洞察力；具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠，品行端正，具有亲和力，较强的独立工作能力和公关能力；熟悉办公软件及相关的人事管理软件。
