Location: Bantian town, Longgang district
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields, more than 3 years experience in in either medium to big project management, programming and MES/ERP system would be an added advantage;
2. Project management capability (e.g. PMP holder)
3. Knowledge in Java, C and C++ Programming
4. Knowledge in IT systems integration
5. Knowledge in ERP/MES systems
6. Fluent in English is must (writing and oral)
Responsibilities:
1.Project management:
Lead project team to implement IT systems – Requirement Gathering, SDLC, Plan Go-life, post Go-life support and hand over to operations team;
Work with internal customers to understand user requirement, to create requirement document, to design of IT system solutions to support enhancement/change of current business process;
Work with supplier on creation of specification, delivery of UI mock up and integration of machinery;
Coordinate internal/external team to design, develop and change programs/applications;
Lead customization, configuration, installation and upgrade of IT systems, applications and related hardware;
Create and generate reports according to managements and user’s requirement;
Assign application access rights to users and provide related users training.
2.System maintenance/ Continous improvement:
Lead further customization according to business process change after Go-life;
Provide Level 2 support during and after office hour to ensure smooth operation of IT systems;
Ensuring the integrity and correctness of data input/stored in forms, reports and system database;
Maintain and upgrade of IT systems regularly to ensure systems performance is optimized and met internal customer’s requirement.
3.Training:
Provide related trainings to internal customers/IT team;
4.Disaster recovery planning;
Work with IT Infrastructure team to develop disaster recovery plan (DRP) and to ensure all aspects of DR;
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
