Job Scope:
Define and execute brands and products marketing strategy in China; manage marketing communications functions including market research, making marketing communication plans, organizing marketing events, driving marketing initiatives, developing advertising programs for company’s products, with special focus through digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute brands and products marketing strategy in China; provide proactive input and practical support to help the local sales organization to achieve their financial goal;
- Design and execute all digital marketing events and activities on web, SEM, social medias, etc. – design themes, form digital marketing language, deliver images, advocate values and benefits, motivate buying behavior, strengthen customer loyalty
- Plan and organize all offline campaigns, including but not limited to product shows, dealers meeting;
- Measure performance of all offline and digital marketing events/activities and assess against goals, diagnose any problem and drive continuous improvement;
- Build up and maintain marketing activities systematicness and consistency and alignment with business development goals;
- Pioneer collaboration with AV industry and other possible partners, utilize resources and influence to penetrate AV industry and expand market;
- Manage the launch of new products and coordinate press releases for all new products;
- Identify trends and insights, evaluate emerging marketing technologies, provide prospective for adoption where appropriate;
- Lead marketing team and oversee outside agencies to deliver an outstanding performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or equivalent required;
- At least 8 years of marketing experience in a brand-driven international consumer company managing individuals and initiatives; 3 years’ experience in people manager role;
- Expertise on digital marketing (website maintenance, marketing through social media and other digital marketing platform)
- Experience and knowledge on: production, graphic designing tools, event management, social media planning and relation management, advertising; Copywriting and graphic designing experience are a plus;
- Fluent local-language and English speaking and writing skills;
- Excellent presentation skill and interpersonal skill, excellent team player;
- Responsive, independent with creative drive, take initiative, open minded, clear and open communicator
- Can travel when needed
