Assistant Strategy Director
Location: Guangzhou
Job Description:
You’re a partner of the company from inception on this platform; you will not only experience the excitement of integration between cutting-edge technology and flawless digital marketing presentment, but also grow with the company by granting option on shares. As a leader of creative department, you will
? Fully understand clients’ needs, preside over the innovation meeting of strategic creative team and clients’ related departments, and find their business problems and opportunities in order to guide them come up with effective multi-channel customer engagement or campaign plan.
? Work with big data analytical team, interpret both public and private data mining results for the client to understand the impact on customer engagement channel, content and visual design approach.
? Study and analyze market trends, and competitor offerings in client’s marketing space, provide marketing strategy and event strategy for customers.
? Lead brainstorming sessions; conceptualize ideas to meet client approved strategic marketing objectives.
? Coach and oversee copywriting, provide mentoring and feedback based on user experience requirements
? Work with consultant team to generate customer approach ideas for pitching and proposals
? Lead assigned creative projects and team members with a hands-on supervisory approach while facilitating a collaborative team environment.
? Scope and plan the creative execution of engagements, oversee visual, graphical and animation development and ensure it adhere to client’s brand standards.
? Work with technical team to ensure technically practical application, transfer graphics/media to programming after high level solution design.
? Ensure budgets, deadlines, etc. are complete, accurate and followed.
? Remain current and communicate industry trends and techniques.
? Train and supervise assigned staff; oversees their execution of all creative efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
? Knowledgeable on marketing branding, product, marketing campaign, user management, etc.
? Have systematic knowledge on consumer psychology and behavior;
? Familiar with digital communication, social media marketing, have rich experiences in digital advertising, seasoned on combining new technology and latest social events to create eye-catching social campaign;
? Have experiences in planning and writing of AD copy about E-commerce platform, H5 interaction, E-mail Marketing;
? Understand how to create a good user experience;
? Must have in-depth understanding on China digital and social media space with great concepts, practices, procedures and technologies.
? Capable to leverage online/offline ideas and technologies to create multi-channel big idea, drive synergy across multiple communication platforms. (web, direct mail, showroom, print, TV and promotions).
? Good communication and project management skills.
? Positive, motivating, charismatic fun personalities, lead team with mentorship, dedicate to improve work and team performance.
? Work well under high pressure.
? Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a plus.
