职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Accounts Payable/Purchasing
o Processes/verifies invoices relating to the plant so that the we can make required payments within the terms provided
o Serves as the custodian for petty cash and reconciles petty cash on a monthly basis
o Sets up/maintains vendor accounts in system
o Creates monthly expense reports reflecting accurate P/L reporting according to company policy
? Accounts Receivable
o Audits and verifies all bills of lading and sales orders for accuracy and submits to the Service Center for billing
o Maintains customer account information in China. Provides the Service Center with required information for new account setup
o Researches and reconciles sales order activity to provide the related Dept with accurate billing information prior to month-end sales calculations
? Inventory/Data Base
o Maintains new item setups in system
o Maintains inventory information for all items in Excel and provides information to the Service Center for month-end calculations
o Provides monthly reports to the Parent Company
? Administrative Duties
o Prepares internal and external correspondence as needed
o Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Education/Experience:
? 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
? Experience in the Accounting Field
? Familiarity Accounting Software
? Experience with MS Word, Excel, Office
