Overview
=======
This individual will be responsible for quality control. Familiar with ISO 9001 standards or ISO/TS 16949 is preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of statistical methods, problem solving methodology, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems. Excellent technical background with some knowledge of mechanical parts design including molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming is desirable.

Responsibilities
=============
Arrange IQC inspectors daily work according to production plan (arrange inspection order for incoming lots)
Train IQC inspectors to use measurement tools
Management and maintain the measurement tools
Make Clio test report (make the excel version)
Make incoming parts assessment report
Help quality supervisor deal with supplier quality issue (only simple issue and send declaration)
Prepare daily and monthly quality data
DCC document and quality document management
Send NG report to related department (RTV report to Purchase)
IQC and FQC sample management


Education and Experience
=====================
. Bachelor degree or above in Science, Material, Mechanical or equivalent
? Have at least 1 years' experience in Quality control
? Knowledge of using personal computer
? Good command of written English
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
