Fragomen China is currently seeking to hire a junior Accountant to provide support to the established accounting and finance team, based in Shanghai office.
Key Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities may vary based on attendant needs, but key responsibilities will include those listed below:
? Work with consulting team & US billing team on pre-invoice notes preparation/check and assist with billing performance track
? Upload government filing fee and other disbursement fees into firm internal system
? Daily petty cash reimbursement, excel records maintenance and upload to financial software
? Petty cash withdrawal from the bank, conversion US funding to CNY
? Reconcile the petty cash balance on hand with petty cash balance in the record
? Office expenses check, bank payment and record to firm internal finance system
? Assist with monthly filing for financial documents
Requirements:
? Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting, worked in service consulting company will be an additional bonus.
? At least 2 years of relevant experiences.
? Proficiency in Excel, MS word & financial software.
? Integrity, ability to work under high pressure and hardworking.
? Priority-driven, detail-oriented, highly-organized working style.
? Independent professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
