Purpose:
To deliver accurate information flow in processing purchase orders among different stakeholders and to ensure on-time shipments as per the critical path.

Key accountabilities:
Ordering teams (HSC and UK) receive finalised and validated order confirmation sheets before specified deadlines
Suppliers receive error free purchase orders before production
All order amendments are made on time and by using the Order Amendment Form
Any potential delays have been identified and escalated on time
All invoice & freight related queries are answered on time
Ordering activities in critical path are maintained on time
Products are shipped on time

Requirements:
Graduate with at least 1-3 years relevant experience
Experience in end-to-end order management, Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
Supply Chain order management working experience in a buying house or an international retailer is required.
Good at MS office and end-to-end Ordering process
Fluent verbal and written English, Mandarin is essential
Time management, responsiveness and ability to deal with suppliers
