Responsibilities:
to manage the front office for Tesco International Sourcing and provide a professional experience for all visitors and guests
· Handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors and guests and maintaining the front office area
· Consolidating stationery requests and replenishing stock
· Maintaining a log of visitors and completing related administrative tasks
· Working on my personal development
· Providing support and co-ordination with team members of Facilities Department
· Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects
· Taking extra responsibilities
Requirements:
- at least 1-2 years experience of working as a receptionist
- fluent in both written and oral English
- disciplined and good team player
- proactive and self-motivated
