1、本科以上学历，商务英语或国际贸易专业毕业，英语六级以上。
2、有独立开发和跟进客户的经验，沟通和协调能力强，能处理好售前售后服务，维护客户良好关系及参加大型国际参展交流的经验，有操作或管理网络平台的经验。

3、能承受较大的压力，具有好的团队协作精神。
4、能吃苦耐劳，有过从事外企、外贸进出口业务经验者优先。

5、贯彻执行公司下达的各项工作指标，负责制定部门销售计划，组织发展培训，管理与绩效考核。
