· Report to: Finance Manager
· Subordinate: Guangzhou Finance Dept

General Responsibilities:
Overseas Settlement Control
Supervising web query & dispute settlement;
Intercompany AR & AP management;
Group IC compliance control;
Supervise quarterly IC reconciliation.

Local AR & AP Settlement Control
Manage local AR team to control bad debts and improve DSO toward target;
Management local AR team to control overdue AR percentage;
Be responsible for customer credit risk control;
Manage local AP team for AP settlement including reconciliation with subcontractors and job profile;
Manage DPO according to company policy and supplier contract.

Tax Management and Risk Control
Company tax planning;
Generate tax reporting for management review;
VAT Control;
Building relationship with tax Bureau.

Branch Account Management
Be responsible for general branch accounting procedures;
Review monthly reporting from branch;
Review internal KPI for branch;
Lead cross branch cooperation.

Team Performance Improvements
SOP drafting for functions covered;
Staff performance review and coaching.

Other Task Assigned by the Superior
Support external & internal audit within functions covered;
Spot task assigned.

学历要求：本科及以上
英文要求：听说读写熟练
工作地点：广州
工作年限：5年以上财务工作经验，其中3年以上货代行业工作经验，1年以上管理职称； 
户籍：不限
行业：有货运公司行业经验, 熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，国家相关财税等各类政策法规； 举报 分享
