职位描述：
I．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
a. Taking ownership for whole Product Lifecycle for specific products. Interface to and in alignment with sales / divisions / R&D, …
b. Collection of China specific product requirements for all products (Interface to other Prodcut Manager)

II．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Taking ownership for Products
a. Drive alignment through the product-llifecycle between the different stakeholders: sales / divisions / r&d / service / operations / …
b. Drafting of short and midterm product roadmap (1-5 years)
2. Understand Market requirements
a. Collection and evaluation of requirements at lead customer in key market segments in close alignment with sales / divisions / … .
b. Collection and evaluation of benchmarking results in alignment with Product Analysis Center to understand competitors.
c. Consolidation of requirements, taking into consideration complexity management
d. Drafting of (Application) Requirement Descriptions (ARD) and business plan as basis for Portfolio Management and in input for the product roadmap in close alignment with sales / divisions / r&d / service / operations …
3. Drive product development together with Product Owner (r&d)
a. Support development of (application) Implementation Concept (AIC) aligned with requirements (ARD)
b. Drive / support development of (AIC) according to development process
4. Market launch - discontinuation
a. Market launche strategy aligned with r&d / divisions / sales
b. Support of sales with training and sales arguments
c. Take care about relevant data in Sales and Reporting Tools
d. Follow-up of business plans and market acceptance
e. Initiation and support of discontinuation
