职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1.Arrange vessel to berth within proforma schedule
2.Check loading/discharge list
3.Properly monitor stowage plan making
4.Properly control our slot and partner slot
5.Properly arrange COD and ROB / Latecome requested by customer
6.Properly monitor terminal cargo loading and disch,ensure vessel on time
7.Correctly upload manual PO and do GR afterward
8.Make TDR and stowage list, send to next ports
9.Correct save loading container data in DCS and close EZLL/EZDL
10.Complete SHS/TOS and ensure correct data in DCS
11.Correctly check invoice from terminal and agent
12.Properly send DG application to relative party and push them to cfm back within one working day.
13.Smoothly arrange inland inbound cntrs t/s at SZP
14.Update t/s info in DCS
15.Close EZLL/EZDL for vsl and barge
16.Update monthly schedule with CY/CV closing time to concerned parties
17.Make monthly departure and t/s report to management
18.Check inland & t/s invoice from barge/trucking /local agent, ensue them correctly
19.Inform account to print invoice,. Ensure no pending m/f in DCS for inland

Required Competency;
1.College graduate or above
2.Fluent in written & spoken in English
3.Familiar with terminal and shipping operation
4.Self-motivated & work independent
5.Good communication skill
