KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Build up, maintain and grow the positive relationships between Ambassador team and our hotels
    • Cultivate relationships with key hotel personnel to ensure our Ambassador guests receive unprecedented great experiences
    • Ensure Hotel Contact lists are kept up to date in Starguest to ensure the right people are informed of Ambassador Guests arrivals
    • Work closely with Ambassadors and hotels to deliver the personalized service to Starwood’s most profitable guests based on guests’ preference and special request
    • Follow up on requests sent to hotels by Ambassadors to ensure 24 hour response time
    • Be responsible to arrange Surprise and Delights with hotels and arrange for reimbursement to hotels. Be responsible to ensure we remain within Budget
    • Provide feedback to Ambassador Team and hotels on guest reactions.
    • Work closely with the hotels in a professional and flexible manner to balance the guests’ interest and the hotels’ benefit
    • Creating a great experience for our guests, but also understanding how their actions affect the business needs of our hotels.
    • Constantly communicate with hotels to ensure they understand the Ambassador Service procedures and the value the service adds to the individual property and Starwood as a whole (including but not limited to webinars conducted with hotel personnel)
    • Develop working relationship with global Ambassadors
    • Will be relied upon to resolve guest issues using contacts and relationships developed with hotels
    • Process special requests in preparation for or during the guests’ stay; coordinate with on-property concierges, partners, vendors and other personnel as necessary
    • Maintain and continuously update hotel and destination information in order to give the ability to our teams to quickly respond to inquiries.
    • Assist with special projects and promotion implementation as required
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time



REQUIREMENTS
  • College degree and above, customer service or hotel experience preferred

  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing,TEM –8 preferred (China candidate)

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and emails applications

  • Willing to take shift duty including weekend and public holidays

  • Enjoy working together as a team and possess initiative to take care of things

  • Multi-task handling skill, can work under high pressure environment

  • Enjoy working in team environment with members from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
