Job description:

A. Maintain, improve and promote high standards of Health, Safety and Environment for the employees, facilities and suppliers;

B. Provide a high level of management and guidance for the purchasing team;

C. Responsible for the selection and maintenance of suitable suppliers to provide high quality materials for both domestic and export through risk management;

D. Perform and manage Audit Plan for supplier audits based on a sound understanding of ISO9000;

E. Develop and maintain the buying strategy and assess all commercial terms related to quality requirements, delivery and price;

F. Develop and maintain high level quality controls to ensure purchasing materials or components are produced to the company’s specification;

G. To prepare, in September of each year and financial forecast plan for inclusion in the China annual Forward Business Plan;

H. Maintain rolling orders, delivery schedules and supplier payment follow up as necessary.

Requirement:

A. University education in mechanical or related engineering, MBA or master degree is preferred;

B. 10 years in mechanical sourcing, 5 years in management role with the strong management skill;

C. Good knowledge in mechanical part and casting, machining, forging process etc.;

D. Good knowledge of supplier quality management, APQP and PPAP knowledge is preferred;

E. Must have the hand on experience to make the purchasing strategy and risk management;

F. Good project management skill;

G. Good capability for problem solving（8D）and strong communication;

H. Strong negotiation skill and commercial awareness;

I. Basic ERP knowledge is preferred;

J. Fluent English both in oral and writing.
