Starting with unique woven base fabrics and proprietary, state-of-the-art coating formulas, the membranes are used across the world in roofing applications, wastewater management, geomembranes, truck tarps, military-grade fuel and water storage and inflatable boats.

The selected candidate is to be the contact for Shanghai Seaman in customer service, internal sales support and in communication with the counterpart in the United States. This candidate will work closely with Seaman China team to provide satisfactory customer service and to grow China sales for Seaman’s products.
被选中的候选人将负责上海西幔的客户服务、内部销售或者订单支持以及和美国方面相应人员的沟通工作。该候选人将和西幔中国团队紧密合作,一起为客户提供满意的服务,不断促进西幔产品在中国的销售。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
必备的职责任务:
----Assist the sales team to provide satisfactory customer service, including but not limited in answering calls, sampling and in providing documents like product data sheet, customs declaration form, Certificate of Original, Certificate of Conformance, Warranty Letter and etc..
----协助销售团队提供客户满意的服务,包括但不限于接听客户电话、发送样品和提供各类文件,比如产品说明书、报关单、原产地 证明、出厂合格证和质保书等。
----Support the sales team in fulfilling the orders, including but not limited in contract documentation and in supplying the material such as customs clearance, shipment coordination and etc..
----协助销售团队实现订单,包括但不限于合同文件手续和材料供应,比如清关、运输协调等。
----Help the sale team to acquire new sales leads from online lead service, research, cold calling and through marketplace immersion.
----协助销售团队通过互联网,调研,电话访问和市场深入调查获得新的销售机会
----Assist China Market Manager to promote Seaman's product in China, including brochures, APP, websites and other selling tools development.
----协助中国市场经理在中国推广西幔产品,包括产品手册、APP、网站以及其他销售工具的开发。
----Communicate with the customer service team in Wooster in the United States to get the according support in products, samples, logistics and etc..
----和美国总部的客服团队联系,以便获取相应的产品、样品以及物流支持等。
----Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
教育 / 经验:
------Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent education level.
学历: 学士学位或类似的教育水平。
------Experience: Experience in customer service or sales assistant is preferred.

------Good English reading, writing ability and good English communication ability.
