职位描述：
Responsibilities include

1.Responsible for all functions in credit collections that include weekly SPA billings, monitoring and following-up payment on Group blockages, sending timely reminder letters and ensuring collections are promptly bank-in, payments are updated to our accounting system and short payments / disputes are rectified immediately.
2.Responsible in preparing Prepayment report and A/R Report for weekly submission.
3.Performing periodic financial closing procedures including preparing of credit notes, journal entries, posting of completed journal entries, and preparing financial related reports for review for internal use.
4.Responsible in sending Reminder Letter to our Preferred Sales Agent to ensure that their Banker’s Guarantee is renewed and submitted timely.
5.Support in providing accurate information and reports on periodic basis and / or from time to time as required.
6.Providing support role to Sales Department for all accounting functions that include preparing of reports for review and approval, assisting in preparation of manual billings according to our procedures and guidelines.
7.Any other duties and ad hoc assignment as assigned by the superior.
8.Maintain required accounting records, reports and files in an organized manner.

Qualifications

1.Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accountancy
2.Preferably possess 3-5 years experience in related field.
3.A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Knowledgeable in the usage of Microsoft Office Applications
5. Knowledgeable of Accounting Software (SAP an advantage)
