职位描述：
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide HR administration support and delivery in operational matters covering the full spectrum of HR functions for the Shanghai and Beijing Offices. This fantastic development opportunity is based in our Shanghai office but may involve intermittent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
? Support the local employee life cycle process, including on-boarding, performance management, staff training and development and off-boarding activities, etc.
? Maintain resourcing data in HRIS, including creating Workday requisitions, compiling new hire authorisations for Global approval
? Liaise with outsourced payroll services provider to ensure accurate payroll data
? Prepare and maintain all employee records, letters and other contractual documents in personnel files
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS (Workday)
? Administer leave and benefits programs
? Support employee welfare and communication activities


Requirements:
? Degree in Human Resource Management
? At least 2 years of relevant HR operation and generalist experience
? Ideally familiar with China labour law practice, government statutory claims, working visa/permit matters and payroll administration
? A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
? Exceptional organisational skills
