职位描述：
工作职责
- 执行所有维修工作，包括清洗空调/排气扇滤网，换灯管，刷油漆，换门窗把手，修理家具，或者其他学校要求的维修工作。
- 定期检查所有照明系统的使用和状况，应急照明系统，门窗锁等，损坏的要更换，或者报告学校找合适的维修商。注意所有涉及影响安全和健康学习环境的维修，或者要立刻上报学校。
- 根据学校要求执行维修工作，协助装修工程的工作。
- 协助学校的活动，帮忙挂横幅和安装电插。
- 跟进空调和消防系统维修工作。
- 线路、设备等故障应急处理。

岗位要求
- 中专/中技以上学历
- 三至五年相关工作经验，有一定管理经验者优先
- 持有中国人民共和国特种作业证-----电工作业类别
- 有物业或酒店维修经验者优先
- 年龄在35到45周岁之间

本职位工作开始日为2016年7月1日，我校为员式提供以下：
