职位描述：
Job Description:

- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to GM office.
- Responsible for organizing meetings of Company, departments, making minutes, managing meeting summary and conducting document released.
- Handle business correspondence, expenses claims, diary and events management.
- Screen and answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Prepare reports, minutes, file notes and faxes.
- Organize travel arrangement and business functions.

Experience:
- Secretarial training and a minimum of five years' relevant experience.
- A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Good sense in confidentiality.
- Ability to use basic computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
