职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Cost control on general and administrative expense
2. Assist staff / visitor on travel arrangement including but not limit to hotel, car arrangement
3. Responsible for timely renewal for business license, tenancy agreement, office insurance and contracts with suppliers with compliance on company rules and procedures
4. Organize annual dinner and other office events
5. Perform general affairs duties and administrative support to respective branch office such as but not limited to office equipment repair and maintenance, procurement of office supplies (for South China office, may also need to coordinate with MOLCN IT to provide local IT service to ensure efficient IT system utilization)
6. Prepare attendance report.
7. Coordinate staff training and activities
8. Screen CV and arrange interview
9. Handle ad hoc project as assigned by the supervisor and management

Skill and Knowledge:
? Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PPT;
? Good command of both written and spoken English;
? Knowledgeable in regulations relating to office safety, health, environment hazards, and security
? Demonstrated experience in handling office project
? Strong interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all level
? Team player with good organization skill;
? Analysis and problem solving.

China becomes the most important market for the shipping business and MOL strengthen its presence in China by increasing office network and achieves various long-term contracts with Chinese big customers.
