职位描述：
Job Title: International Recruiter (with German ability) 德语方向
Location: Guangzhou, China 广州

Responsibility 岗位职责：
1 Work closely with immediate supervisor for requirements analysis based on business and team development situation
2 Rapidly response to recruiting tasks, can work independently in the whole recruiting process including resume searching, phone screen, interview assessment section, offer negotiation and orientation etc
3 Work proactively to improve the recruiting quality and process
4 Maintain resume database and an organized, up-to-date filing for all potential candidates
5 Develop overseas recruiting channels
6 Achieve recruiting targets within time and budget
7 Other HR related work

1 Full time and short-term application are warmly acceptable
2 Bachelor degree in German or equivalent educational background, with HR or recruiting working or internship experience is plus
3 Fresh graduate and college student with major in German are encouraged to apply
4 Proficiency of verbal and written English and German
5 Strong interpersonal communication skills
6 Work independently and collaborate well with other teams
7 Proactive working style and good team player
8 Be able to work under pressure
9 Eager to learn and open attitude
