职位描述：
职位描述：
1、日常辅导：对部门属员进行销售技能、时间管理、客户需求开发等专业技能的辅导；
2、管理追踪：对团队进行日常工作管理及各项KPI指标的追踪，解决属员遇到问题，及时对其提供帮助；
3、会议经营：组织召开早、夕会，阶段总结会等；
4、客户经营：承担一定量的个人销售业绩，进行客户开发、客户维系等客户经营活动；
5、参与招聘：利用公司及自有资源，组建并管理2人以上团队；

职能要求：
1、一年以上的工作经验（具有快消品、食品、餐饮类工作经验及渠道者优先）；
2、具有团队管理、领导能力，注重实战经验丰富的市场人员，熟悉一定的销售渠道；
3、具有一定的市场分析、策划、创新能力，可独立解决团队问题，根据市场需求提供解决方案；
4、学历：大学本科以上学历（优秀者可放宽至大专）；
