FUNDAMENTAL MISSION :
? 负责冷加工区域新入职员工的即时二级培训。 Responsible for secondary training of new comer timely.
? 负责有关安全体系及环境体系方面的基本知识培训。 Give basic training concerning safety and environmental protection knowledge and skill for employees.
? 根据规定对相关的供应商进行工厂安全环境要求培训。 Train supplier on HSE according the rule.
? 通过各种方式提高员工的安全意识以及安全规则执行力。Improve the safety awareness and executive force of safety rule of employees according to all kind of ways.
? 负责本区域程序文件的起草、修改，作业指导书的起草、修改或审核。Responsible for drafting, update procedure, drafting, update or check safety instruction
? 参与公司健康、安全、环境的规定和程序的起草、评估。 Involved in drafting, evaluation of HSE regulations and procedures of whole plant.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / DELEGATION FIELDS :
安全环境体系维护 HSE System management
? 组织、指导本区域的环境因素识别和评价流程，风险辨识和评估流程，并收集和汇总。Organize the identification of environment aspects & risk, evaluate and collection. Instruct employees how to do.
? 及时获得最新的相关国内及国际法律法规、标准和相关要求，参与公司的合规性评价，主要负责本区域的合规性评价，以及与相关部门和上级进行沟通。Get latest information of related laws and regulation & national and international standards on time, involved in evaluation of the compliance of whole plant, responsible for evaluation of the compliance of the area depending on the situation, communicate with report to senior and related department.
? 负责废弃物分类、统计、改进等管理活动，对于危险废弃物。Responsible for waste management, e.g. classify, statistic, improvement and so on.
? 劳保用品管理：发放、使用、申请、控制、访客劳保用品的管理、参与新劳保用品的选型等Responsible for PPE management, e.g. distribution, use, application, control, PPE for visitor, involved in choice of new PPE and so on
? 组织本区域的事故处理，形成相关报告，参与公司事故分析 Organize the incident handling in the area and report, involved in analysis of incident of whole plant.
? 发生环境安全突发事件（如火灾，地震，化学品泄漏等）时能够根据应急响应程序采取相应的行动。Take certain actions according to the emergency procedure when environment and safety accident occurs.
? 参加组织内审，并参与Involved in internal audit
? 跟踪纠正预防措施的执行状况并推进following up implementation of corrective and preventive action and pushing
? 参与本区域安全环境目标、指标和方案的制定，负责跟踪和推进，以便完成区域目标。Involved in establishing the HSE Objectives、targets and Programme(s) of the area, and responsible for following up, pushing in order to achieve the objectives.
? 负责本区域职业健康体检的信息管理和分析，参与公司的职业健康状况分析。Responsible for the management of OH physical examination and analysis, Involved in analysis of OH status of whole plant.

信息沟通 Communication
? 参与和当地安全环境的部门沟通交流 involved communication with related HSE department,
? 保证与自己相关的安全环境信息得到内外部的及时沟通 ensure communication of HSE information on time inside and outside
? 正确及时的收集和发送规定的各类HSE安全环境数据collect and report the all kind of HSE data timely and correctly.

日常工作Others
- 作为主导人员参与安全环境有关的项目，完成个人在项目中的角色任务，比如，负责环境安全持续改进小组，跟踪子项目的运行状况，确保符合项目的要求，达到项目的目标 Involved in the HSE project as main member and complete the role task, e.g. responsible for HSE CIT, follow up the sub-project status to ensure meet the requirement of project and achieve the target.
-日常安全检查（如，本区域的日检、工厂内的巡查，消防检查，兄弟公司的交叉审核等），根据不同要求及时处理，注意收集安全环境问题，必要时形成书面文件Daily check, e.g. daily check, plant tour，fire protection check, safety cross audit and so on. Handle the result of check according to different requirement. Collect HSE problem, make report if necessary.
- 负责本区域内部或与其它部门作业发生安全环境冲突时的沟通协调，以保证全公司安全环境标准的一致性。Responsible for communication and coordination HSE conflict when cross operate with other departments to ensure the consistency of HSE regulations in whole plant
- 参加员工安全考核 Involved in safety KPI of employees.
- 参与消防管理 Involved in fire prevention management.
- 必要时，支持全公司的环境绩效的持续改进 Support environmental improvement of whole plant if necessary.
- 负责和参与其它相关的安全环境事务Responsible for and involved in other HSE works.
- 完成上级交付的临时任务 complete the temporary work pointed by senior.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
经验Experience:一至两年机械加工企业安全环境工作经验2 - 3 years of HSE experiences in mechanical company
技能技巧Skills:
? 熟悉安全生产相关法规Familiar with safety in production related laws and regulations
? 最好对质量管理体系有所了解knowledge on ISO9001 quality management system could be an advantage
? 熟悉IS014001，OHSAS18001体系
培训及证书Training & certification:拥有环境和安全管理体系内审员证书，注册安全工程师优先The HSE internal auditor certificate owner and registered safety engineer is prior.
EDUCATION :
理工科本科及以上Science & Engineering junior college or above
LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE :
English is fluent
