职位:人事行政经理
汇报给:总裁
职责:
1. 建立并完善公司各项人事行政制度和流程
5. 培训和人力资源规划、职业生涯规划与人才梯队建设工作,建立人力资源培训体系
6. 文化建设:创建学习型团队,营造积极向上的工作氛围,激励员工士气,调整员工心态
8. 完成上级临时交待的其他工作
- Responsible for job postings, conducting job interviews ,finalizing the candidates and job offers
- Develop a CV data base by keeping in touch with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, etc.
- To guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
- Oversee regular market surveys to benchmark company's compensation & benefits practices with competitors
- Develop job descriptions & KPI's for all positions in consultation with the Line Managers
- Oversee the execution of orientation programs for new hires motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals.
- Conducting exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations
- Manage & control departmental expenditure within the budget guidelines provided by finance dept
- Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
- Carry out the Training needs analysis and lead the implementation of the training plan for the organization
- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
- To manage and lead the Admin Team and ensure that all assigned functions to each team member are properly performed, executed and delivered within time frames
- Oversee that proper support is provided to all the departments and employees in terms of admin resources availability
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,人力资源或企业管理类相关专业毕业优先;
2、二年以上人事行政经理相关工作经验;
3、在人员招募、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力;
4、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
5、工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;
6、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规,熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式;
7、具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力;
8、有强烈的责任感及敬业精神;
