2、 优先考虑具有五大行工作经验的人。

3、 4年或以上房地产工作经验，能够带领团队完成工作目标。

4、 善于沟通，善于传达，具有团队精神。

5、 视乎不同情况，有机会提供住宿。

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):


We are looking for experienced and aggressive candidates who are keen to develop their career in the leasing and project sale within the real estate industry in South China.


Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:


Above 4-year related work experience in the leasing and project sale of real estate, especially in the leasing area.
Familiar with the real estate market of South China; Possess the experience of leading the commercial projects will be preferred;
Possess the ability of leading a team to achieve the target and accomplish the task;
With strong thinking and communicating ability;
Fluent Mandarin is an asset
Proficiency in Word / Excel / PowerPoint/Photoshop
