职位描述：
现场校准主管直接汇报给实验室经理。会运用测量科学，数学，物理和电子方面的知识去校准，测量和测试仪器确保测量的准确性。能够识别和运用合适的手册和自动测量程序。
现场校准主管要履行现场校准人员的管理，协助实验室的管理，提供技术支持和数据解释。作为一个经验丰富的专业人员要采用有效的方式完成复杂的任务，要合理积极地分配任务。
责任和义务：
1. 履行维护，诊断和维修仪器
2. 维护主要的，一般的及工作用校准标准
3. 协助实验室经理分配现场校准任务及人员，满足客户期望及技术要求
4. 根据具体的指标，设计图和别的技术资料开发校准程序及方法
5. 在校准过程中收集，编制，测量和采集数据记录
6. 根据测量数据辨别反常的数据或预测后来的数据
7. 识别超差状态，履行正确措施
8. 识别和纠正测量错误
9. 准备校准报告和证书
10. 检查和评估新校准标准能否进行合适的操作
11. 利用工程知识设计和发展校准方法，夹具
12. 进行不确定度的评估和分析
13. 开发校准参考资料并形成文件
14. 实施校准实验室的技术审核，以证明标准的溯源性并且适应已发行的标准和指导方针
15. 开发软件为了校准的实施和测试
16. 开发软件为了校准标准的维护
17. 培训下属有关校准的概念和程序等知识
18. 为其它实验室提供技术建议
19. 和其它技术人员，客服，财务及客户相互沟通
20. 其它的责任和义务


任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，进行过PMEL或TDME 培训，或相关培训
2. 最少五年以上校准工作经验
3. 熟练掌握射频/微波仪器
4. 熟练掌握光学测量仪器
5. 熟练长度/力学测量仪器
6. 熟悉质量管理系统（ISO 9001，ISO 17025 和 ANSI Z540）
7. 具有精密仪器故障诊断，维修，排查能力
8. 具有较强的英语读写能力（技术资料）
9. 具有逻辑能力，能进行数字及代数计算能力
10. Office 办公软件的应用
11. 较强的沟通能力和客户服务技巧
12. 注重细节
13. 有上进心和团队领导能力
14. 有驾照
体能要求：
1. 独立提起45磅重的物体
2. 能够在特殊场合站立或者弯曲
工作环境：

Position Description
The Field Service Calibration Supervisor reports directly to the Laboratory Operations Manager. The Field Service Calibration Supervisor will apply knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics to calibrate inspection, measurement and test equipment to ensure measurement accuracy. The Field Service Calibration Supervisor will identify and utilize appropriate manual and automated measurement procedures.
The Field Service Calibration Supervisor will support the Laboratory Operations Manager by performing management of assigned Field Service staff as needed, assist with laboratory administration and provide technical recommendations and data interpretation. As a skilled specialist the Field Service Calibration Supervisor will complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways, while working on assignments that require considerable judgment and initiative.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment
2. Maintain primary, secondary, intrinsic and/or working calibration standards
3. Assist the Lab Operations Manager by supervising assigned field service operations and assigned field service technical staff, to meet client expectations and all technical requirements of the field service job.
4. Develop calibration procedures and methods, according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical requirements
5. Collect, compile, measure, summarize, and record data gathered during calibration
6. Analyze measurement data for identifying abnormalities, trends and/or predicting future values
7. Identify IM&TE out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action
8. Identify and correct measurement errors
9. Prepare calibration reports and certificates
10. Inspect and evaluate new calibration standards for proper operation
11. Apply engineering knowledge to the design and development of calibration methods, fixtures, and IM&TE not commercially available
12. Perform uncertainty evaluation and analysis
13. Design and document measurement reference material
14. Conduct technical audits of the calibration laboratory to verify traceability of standards and quality compliance with published standards and guidelines
15. Develop software for calibrating IM&TE. (May be performed, but not in all positions)
16. Develop software for the maintenance of calibration standards. (May be performed, but not in all positions)
17. Train subordinates in calibration concepts and procedures
18. Provide technical advice to other departments of the organization
19. Interact in a team with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and customers
20. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Associates (AA) degree, formal PMEL or TDME training, or equivalent
2. A minimum of five years in calibration experience
3. Experience in supporting RF/Microwave equipment
4. Experience in supporting fiber optical equipment
5. Experience in supporting physical/dimensional equipment
6. Knowledge of Quality Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and ANSI Z540)
7. Intermediate ability to troubleshoot repair, align and optimize precision equipment
8. Strong English comprehension with technical reading and writing ability
9. An understanding of basic statistics and the ability to perform general math and algebra functions
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and Excel)
11. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
12. Attention to detail
13. Self-motivator and team player
14. Has a driving license
Physical Demands:
1. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds without assistance
2. Occasional standing and bending are required
Working Environment:
1. Works primarily in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a SIMCO location and/or customer site(s)
2. Travel may be required to other domestic and possibly international locations
