职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the daily operation of warehouse, including labor scheduling, progress review, equipment and manpower management;
2. Maintain and improve warehouse operation process and management system, ensuring the accordance among physical material, identification and records and accuracy of transaction records;
3. Ensure reasonable level of inventory;
4. Instruct and coach warehouse personnel to meet the requirements of 5S and KANBAN, well organize and manage the storage, to get the maximum utilization;
5. Work together with relative functions including quality, production, purchasing, and planning, ensuring smooth material flow with orderly job planning and personnel management;
6. Ensure the loading and unloading timely, safely and accurately;
7. Manage and coordinate stocktaking to ensure the zero-discrepancy between physical material count and system data;
8. Ensure appropriate material storage and handling, minimum the loss of material;
9. Manage the maintenance of logistic equipment;
10. Responsible for warehouse safety management;
11. Warehouse personnel management, training and performance evaluation;
12. Take ad hoc assignments from Material manager.

工作职责：
1. 管理日常仓库运作，包括劳动力分配、进度检查、设备与人力管理；
2. 维护并改进仓库运作过程与管理系统，保证物料、身份与记录、交易记录准确的一致性；
3. 保证合理库存；
4. 指导训练仓库人员达到5S标准和看板标准，规划与管理库存达到最大化利用；
5. 与质量部、生产部、采购开发部共同协作，保证有序的作业计划与人员管理，达到物料的顺畅流动；
6. 保证及时、安全、准确的货物装卸；
7. 管理协调存货盘点，保证物料数量与系统数据零误差；
8. 保证合适的物料库存与输送，最小化物料损失；
9. 管理物流设备的定期维修保养；
10. 负责仓库安全管理；
11. 仓库人员管理、培训、绩效考核；
12. 完成物料部经理布置的任务。

Qualifications:
1. College or above;
2. More than five years relative experience in warehouse function, and 2 years in management level;
3. Good knowledge in warehouse and inventory management; Good ERP knowledge; Familiar with Excel;
4. Good English in both oral and written.

任职资格：
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 5年以上仓库功能经验及2年管理经验；
3. 具备良好的仓库和库存管理知识；熟识ERP；熟练使用Excel；
