岗位要求：
1、市场营销类本科以上学历，同等岗位3年以上管理工作经验；
2、熟悉营销业务流程，有良好的营销推广渠道；
3、有良好的沟通协调能力，运营管理、控制能力；
4、有国际货运代理行业经验的优先考虑。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司的经营目标制定市场营销规划，构建市场营销体系；
2、负责公司营销战略、销售政策的制定，推进营销计划的执行；
3、负责市场调研、产品分析，对竞争产品进行研究与监控，提供项目市场运作的建议书和产品建议书；
4、制定市场营销相关业务管理制度、工作标准及业务流程；
5、负责营销团队的组织建设，做好部门日常管理工作；
6、负责相关业务的对外联络、协调工作；
7、协助、配合其它部门做好工作，完成领导交办的其它工作。
