- Design and implement university relation programs and initiatives, to build up student pipeline.
- Support the design and implementation of Siemens Employer Branding program/platform
- Act as Campus Talent Market "Radar" to establish recruitment professional network externally and monitor talent movement in the market as well as trend/status analysis.
Professional knowledge requirement:
- HR general knowledge and practice
- Advanced knowledge of Employer Branding & Marketing
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing and recruiting
- Basic knowledge of project management
- +3 years experiences in HR function or marketing function would be prioritized
