We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Lead IT Security Analyst.
Job duties
? To establish good relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth IT Security service delivery.
? Prepare and maintain asset inventories, produce weekly, monthly reporting & metrics for Group Security Infrastructure team.
? Co-ordinate and assist in implementation of security policies and standards review in accordance with Group policy.
? Communicate with Senior executives to ensure compliance to security policies, participate in Project Progress Meetings.
? To ensure compliance for HSBC development & production environment infrastructure.
? Participate in Group Access Management Re-certification initiative.
? Assess and identify any possible vulnerabilities in technology being developed prior to implementation.
? Conduct continual Information Security Awareness Training Program and education to new joiner.
? Provide IT Security consultancy to the HSBC business.
? Maintain congenial work environment, participate in team meetings and center activities, assist team mates and offer to take up additional responsibilities.
Candidate Qualification
? Good working knowledge of security concepts and principles
? Strong team management skill, at least 2 years manager experience.
? Good understanding of Application Security concepts
? Strong English verbal and writing skillset
? Strong, demonstrable aptitude for and interest in information security and application security
? Knowledge of common web technologies, including browsers, HTTP, HTML, javascript, SSL/TLS
? Awareness of common security analysis tools and techniques, security products
? Strong initiative, consensus-building and ability to collaborate directly with a variety of clients (business, development, compliance, etc.)
? Ability to adapt and apply information to new scenarios and technologies
? Good understanding of software development lifecycles
? Good understanding of Java programming or other programming experience.
? Relevant professional certifications or working towards attainment: GCIH/GSEC, CISSP, CISA
? Knowledge of Unix-based platforms, application and network security technologies
? Good understanding of web-based application architectures (Apache, J2EE, Portal Server)
? Good understanding of SQL and common platforms
? Good understanding of LDAP and common platforms
